Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a condition in which the body experiences symptoms of fatigue, exhaustion, muscle aches, insomnia at night, feeling sleepy after wake up, and frequent yawning or drowsiness during the day.
Normally, hypoglycemia (CFS) occurs more often in working women aged 25-45 years than men, and have not been able to find the exact cause. However, you do not need to worry because this condition can be prevented by avoiding adding sugar to your body and reducing the amount of foods high in sugar and fat.

This is because eating sweets or drinking sweet drinks, soda, coffee, or energy drinks do not make your body feel refreshed and energetic as you think. I say this because every time you eat something sweet, your blood sugar level will rise even higher, causing your body to produce insulin to control your blood sugar level. This means that the more sweets or sugary drinks you eat, the harder your pancreas will have to work to produce insulin to control your blood sugar level. When your pancreas works too hard, it will eventually have negative effects on your body.
Reasons why you wake up feeling unrefreshed
The bedroom is disturbed: In order to fall asleep, your bedroom should be prepared for sleep. Noise from the TV, street noise that may come through the window, loud neighbors or roommates can affect your sleep. Blue light from screens or electronic devices like routers, ยูฟ่าเบท, electronic clocks, and street lights can also interfere with your sleep. Temperatures that are too hot can also disrupt your sleep.
Lack of consistency: Getting the hours of sleep your body needs is important, but more important than the number of hours is consistency in your sleep and wake times. People with irregular sleep habits tend to be less likely to be in a good mood and more susceptible to depression than those who maintain a consistent sleep schedule.
You consume foods that disrupt your sleep: Many people choose to relax by drinking a glass of wine or alcoholic beverages, but in fact, these beverages can greatly disrupt our sleep. Alcohol may help people fall asleep quickly, but after the effects start to wear off, the body will spend more time in light sleep. Alcohol also disrupts deep sleep. And of course, caffeine affects sleep. Even if you don’t drink caffeine before bed, caffeine can be effective for about 6 hours, so you should drink your last cup of coffee before noon.
But you don’t have to worry because fatigue after wake up or chronic fatigue can be solve by changing your lifestyle, such as:
- Learn how to start planning your study/work
- Reduce stress
- Quit the habit of sleeping late. You should not sleep after 10 pm to allow your body to recover and repair itself effectively.
- Stop using your mobile phone before going to bed, and turn off the lights in the room to make it completely dark, preventing your eyes from being stimulat by light.
- Avoid eating late at night at least 4 hours before going to bed. If you feel hungry at night, you should choose to drink warm milk, plain water, or fruits such as guava, papaya, etc. instead.
- Always eat a balanced diet with all five food groups.
- Say goodbye to junk food, soft drinks, bakery products, desserts, etc. that cause blood sugar to rise, causing the body to work harder to control blood sugar, resulting in drowsiness during the day.
- Choose to eat foods that are low in sugar or complex carbohydrates, such as brown rice, unpolished flour, etc.
- Choose to take vitamins that will make your body feel refreshed, such as vitamin C, vitamin B complex, etc.
- Choose bedding or sleeping equipment ( pillows , mattresses, mattress pads , etc.) That are appropriate for your body shape to help you sleep more soundly.
- Exercise regularly
In case you are a light sleeper: You should avoid exercising before bedtime because exercising before bedtime will make your body alert. Which may make it harder for you to fall asleep. You should also avoid taking sleeping pills or anti-anxiety medications regularly because this is a temporary solution. And may cause you to have other health problems in the future.
